Duos or pairs of duos comfortably sit in the restaurant dining room before warming up their palate with the chef-inspired soup of the day. Then, they select their choice of appetizers from tender tartars of salmon or beef, crusty popcorn shrimps or the fried zucchinis. For their choice of entrees, all types of appetite are satisfied. Gourmet diners delight in the 8-ounce filet mignon napped with a shallot sauce or opt for the grilled chicken seasoned with a pepper sauce and served with rice and vegetables. Last but not least, the long-awaited dessert arrives on gourmets’ table whose spoons delicately break through the crust of the creme brulee or in the spongy chocolate banana cake with ice cream.
