What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We offer mixed martial arts and fitness classes for children and adults. All classes are taught in a fun and safe environment. Our head instructor is a lifelong martial artist with a background in personal training.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Martial arts can make positive changes in everybody's life. Having the chance to positively impact the community is a great honour.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing people get the results and change they desired. Be it weight loss, confidence, competition. Knowing you were a positive influence is amazing.
