Using fresh ingredients straight from the grower, they infuse pizzas with the eclectic flavours of Northern India, creating specialties such as the spinach-paneer pizza with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and feta. They also borrow culinary influences from other cultures in selections such as the mexican pizza, which sports onions, beef, green peppers, chili peppers, and jalapeños. The Scott Road and Fraser Highway locations also feature a menu of Indian classics, including chicken tandoori, lamb vindaloo, and biryani rice.
