From Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City, the owners of Tam's Kitchen traveled up and down the country learning local culinary secrets. Cooking techniques and traditional recipes in hand, they returned to Alberta to create a menu all their own.
Fusion offerings include spring roll poutine and teriyaki stir fry, combining gustatory customs from near and far. Among Tam's specialties are its rich, flavorful pho soups, which come bursting with cilantro, vermicelli noodles, and chunks of beef or chicken.
