What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Ever noted that when you take another HIIT/bootcamp class, it seemed like a playlist of music set to cues of various exercises? Performing your workout to any old song that comes on shuffle? Our class is composed by artist such as Timbaland and Steve Aoki. Every beat has a move. Every move has a beat.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? After searching and looking for other classes, I felt I disconnect until I found this program! After trying it out myself and seeing a huge transformation, I felt the need to share my love and the amazing results with as many people as possible!

What do you love most about your job? Helping others reach fitness levels that they never thought possible. When we have clients who come in saying they are in better shape than they were in their 20’s is inspiring.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? More than the physical transformation but the new self confidence It’s more than just the sweat , pounds or inches lost but how they walk out feeling good about themselves and it’s addicting!
