Pole fitness is a way to work out while still looking good, and it's one of Aura Fitness' many services. An experienced instructor guides students in ascending a pole and completing creative and artistic body movements in an effort to strengthen muscles and core. Accompanying this are classes designed specifically for first-timers learning basic pole skills, as well as gravity-defying strength classes that focus on toning and developing muscles needed to aid in one's continuing pole fitness journey.
But the pole isn't the only way to exercise at Aura Fitness. The studio also offers other dance, stretching, and flexibility classes that revitalize and re-energize the body. Buti Yoga, for instance, a fusion of primal movement, tribal dance, and plyometrics that incorporates the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt and tone the deep abdominal muscles in order to stabilize the body.
