The "pasta-bilities" are endless at East Side Mario's, where guests can build their own signature dishes. Penne and sautéed shrimp in rosé sauce? Bowtie and bolognese? Linguine and veggies in primavera sauce? There are more than 200 possible combinations. Whatever you create is all-you-can-eat, as are the soups, salads, and ice cubes. Traditional entrees run the gamut from veal parm to thin-crust pizzas topped with smashed meatballs and chicken tetrazzini. The "street eats" section showcases handheld favorites, including piada—Italian-style flatbreads with steak, seasoned chicken, or pesto-marinated cheese layered in extra-thin wraps.
