From Our Editors
The people behind Bell City Brewing know their history, and they're proud to be part of a rich tradition of breweries in Brantford that stretches all the way back to 1845. That's not where their respect for the past stops, though. Their "Inventor Series" of beers are named after great inventors like Brantford's own Alexander Graham Bell.
Here are some of the drafts you might find on tap at Bell City:
- Eureka Cream Ale: smooth and full-flavored, this rich cream ale is designed to appeal to craft beer lovers and casual drinkers alike (5.8% ABV)
- Lenoir Belgian Ale: this Belgian-style ale has a fruity aroma, a subtle sweetness, and an appealing golden color (6.5% ABV)
- Edison's Peepshow IPA: cheekily named after Thomas Edison's kinetoscope, this West Coast-style IPA balances an intense hop profile with notes of tropical fruit and a crisp body (6.5% ABV)
