Maria's Fish and Chips takes its namesake so seriously, that it's all that's offered on Fridays. While the eatery serves the dish and other tasty items like burgers and tacos Tuesday–Saturday, Fridays are reserved for fish and chips, shrimp, and sides to ensure customers can get top-quality food fast. The oil used is top quality fryer with 0 trans fat, tartar sauce is homemade, potatoes are chipped in house and the batter is mixed in house and adjusted slightly a couple times each day to match the oil cycle. Here are some other facts about Maria's Fish and Chips:
Sauces: The restaurant offers a variety of sauces that can be enjoyed with plenty of meals. Choices include Brit-ish curry, pineapple curry, garlic aioli, barbecue mild/HP, hot, and tartar sauce.
Sides: The options are plentiful. There are seafood sides—coconut shrimp, mini scallops, clam strips, and calamari—as well as cheese curds, onion rings, and fried pickles.
Seafood: The main focus is (obviously) seafood, with shrimp tacos, grilled salmon, haddock, and cod. But the eatery also offers chicken wings and beef or chicken burgers.
