Offerings at Climber’s Rock balance the needs of adventure seekers and workout-oriented clients alike inside its combination climbing gym and yoga studio. Indoor climbing walls and provided equipment let climbers take on the facility’s 100-plus vertical ascents in a variety of grades designed for beginners through advanced climbers. Newer students can learn techniques during training sessions, which lead them to eventually scaling, belaying, bouldering, and crab walking their way up self-directed paths. For more grounded workouts, yoga and Pilates instructors explore the mind-body connection in an onsite studio with classes targeted toward many body types and skill levels. Some options include Yin Yoga, which encourages meditative, slow-paced movements, and Core Flow classes, which offer participants a dynamic, energetic workout.
