Breathing Room Calgary is committed to helping every individual achieve physical and mental health through yoga practice. Their menu covers 15 types of classes and caters to both kids and adults—no matter the level. Mom & Baby sessions are created in such a way so as to bring health and exercise to both mothers and their newest family members. Yoga for Backs, on the other hand, becomes a great way of alleviating pain by strengthening postural muscles, usually slouched from the long time spent in front of computers and TV screens. Breathing Room Calgary has two studio spaces for classes with windows for views of the sunrise or the mountains and beautiful vaulted ceilings.
