Chinook CrossFit aims to build a sense of community among its members, spurring its students to break past their physical and mental limitations with high-intensity workouts.
Instead of steering students toward treadmills or high-tech ellipticals, Chinook CrossFit introduce medicine balls, kettlebells, and pull-up bars required for CrossFit's organic, functional-movement exercises. And because the challenging workouts are ever-changing, CrossFit helps students of all body types, ages, and skill levels build strength and stamina without forcing them into a boring routine. The goals for athletes is to be safe, have a great time and achieve results.
