Malcolm Gladwell famously asserted that it takes about 10,000 hours to really master something. Deep Therapy Relief's clients tend to disagree. In roughly a quarter of that time—2,200 hours of training—the spa's therapist has honed his craft, decimating tension and sending stress scampering with a range of modalities. These include therapeutic hot-stone massage that melts aches with heated basalt and Thai massage that deploys vigorous stretching to wake up the body. Sessions take place inside cozy private rooms, but the therapist also makes house calls, packing up her kit and meeting clients at homes or offices.
