Karina knew from an early age that she was interested in energy and how it affects our bodies. After she moved to Canada from Poland back in 1999, Karina began training as an energy specialist. Now, she's the owner of Health Energy Works.

Here, she wears many different hats, including energy therapist, life coach, and massage therapist. She balances chakras to align points where the body and mind meet. For more physical treatments, Karina attempts to relax muscles through Indian head and reflexology massages.
