Bernard Callebaut committed his life to chocolate. Coming from three generations of chocolate makers, he has continued his family tradition and focused his life on studying and producing sweet treats. His work was awarded numerous times including the Best Milk Chocolate Bar recognition in 2013 and the Silver Award at the 2015 International Academy of Chocolate Awards in London. Bernard's contributions to the culinary arts have won him the l’ Ordre Internationale de la Gastronomie Francaise, awarded by the French government.
