At Velocyraptor Indoor Cycling, the classes feature 60-minute rides that simultaneously strengthen the body, burn calories, and reduce stress. The high-energy classes may be held in a casual, relaxed environment, but each class employs some serious need-to-know info.
- Come prepared: Stay hydrated before and after class, and wear comfortable, breathable clothing.
- Be respectful: Clean the bikes after class for the next rider, and arrive early so as not to interrupt a class in progress.
- Be resourceful: Use the provided lockers to keep personal items safe, and book classes online to make things easier for staff members (though drop-ins are welcome)
