It's sometimes hard to de-stress after a workday full of adrenaline. That's why it's so important to incorporate stress-reducing activities into the daily routine. One of them can be energy healing—also known as reiki—which is available at Waves of Ki Energy Work. There, an experienced healer, Becky, uses a gentle touch to direct the flow universal life force across her visitor's body, in order to bring balance to the body and mind. She may also use a form of massage called a raindrop therapy, where she applies special, antibacterial essential oils to the body. They help re-balance energy centers of the body and may work up to seven days after the treatment.
