About this Business

Xtreme Training Academy buzzes throughout the week as men, women, and even children punch and kick their way through classes. The schedule here is as full as it is diverse: some days feature muay thai and jiujitsu sessions, while other days jump from MMA classes to women-only boot camp. Despite the variety, every class follows the lead of one of XTA's coaches, each an expert in his or her field.
