Since 1996, Calgary’s Yoga Studio South has been helping students find strength, flexibility, and stillness – both inside and out – with yoga classes for all experience levels. The instructors work hard to foster an inclusive community that accepts people no mater where they are on their yoga journey. The studio specializes in the Iyengar method, which uses props such as blocks, blankets, and straps to help with proper form during asanas. Other classes offered at the studio include flow classes, Qigong, and several specialty workshops.
