About F45 Training
F45 provides the ultimate training experience by combining high-intensity group workouts, innovative techniques, and friendly and engaged staff. Designed to burn fat and build muscle, interval training is timed to take 54 minutes, with 45 seconds of work, and 15 second rest periods in between. The classes are diverse and there are many workouts to choose from to ensure that clients will not get bored or stagnate.
