L'attente a été interminable. 4,5 heures pour le soin. Le produit utilisé était bleu et a changé la couleur de mon balayage. De plus, les effets du lissage ont disparu après quelques shampooings. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce salon, malgré un expérience précédente réussie. Le produit n'est plus le même et est inefficace. Pas de retour avec Groupon malgré ma réclamation. SAV décevant.

Très beau résultat pour ce lissage à la kératine. Il a été efficace plus de 6 mois et je vais le refaire.

Very long treatment. Got burnt a few times with the very hot blow dryer and the flat iron. I wouldn’t recommend the place to my friends.

This was my first time getting acrylic nails and I did not enjoy it very much. They were very disorganized. I came to the desk, showed my coupon for an acrylic mani with a regular pedi, they scanned it and asked me to wait, which I did...For 30 mins past my (previously made) appointment time. They got started with the pedi. It was fine, my feet didn't feel baby soft but they looked nice. Then, the girl started the manicure... I had to stop her two fingers in and tell her about my coupon cuz she was giving me a regular mani. I was then transferred to another girl who started my nails right away but finished two hours and a half later... She was basically alone managing a bunch of appointments and questions, even tho they were four on the floor - one of which seemed to be the owner/manager... To finish things up, when I went to pay the taxes on the coupon, the replacement receptionist didn't know I had a coupon and it took them like ten minutes to understand it was already scanned, disappeared from my account and just needed to pay the difference... Job wise, I was satisfied for my first time getting acrylic nails. There were some bumpy nails but hey, she was handling a salon by herself. Overall though, it was not a great experience. I was constantly put on hold while getting my manicure so she could manage the store, communication was lacking to say the least between the workers and the pedicure wasn't amazing. Over THREE HOURS spent at this salon for an average job... I just wouldn't recommend it. Maybe they do better when it isn't a coupon?

Worst place ever. Very unprofessional. They do not know what they are doing and don't care. I was getting a pedicure and the woman was scrapping my foot so hard she didn't even know she scrapped off too much and made me bleed. The other woman doing my manicure wasn't even going to put a base coat until I insisted. I would never go back.

It took close to 2 hours for a mani-pedi that was just OK. Lots of gossiping about other clients, shisha smoking, doing their own hair and nails....not very professional.

Regular customer service and you have to wait. Only two nail technicians that were rushing to finish. The manager started my pedicure then, but it seemed she had little experience. In the end, one of the technicians resumed and she was Ok.

It took 5 minutes before some one welcomes me. A young girl took care of me but seemed to be a beginner. My manucure looked like a baby one and disappeared after 3 days! The pédicure was much better , done by an expérienced lady but not a great expérience . Sorry!!!!!!!
