Drawing inspiration from playgrounds, Jon Hinds, the designer of Monkey Bar Gym, wanted to create a special kind of exercise experience that provided truly full-body workouts. Combining running, jumping, crawling, climbing, rolling, and reacting, Hinds and the certified trainers at Monkey Bar Gym developed a high-intensity workout routine that doesn't involve screaming training partners or forced reps.
