That’s because each guest cooks their own Asian hot pot stews right at their table. Each table comes outfitted with multiple electronically controlled wells that boil up one of 12 soup bases, which range from herbal chicken to wild mushroom. In these roiling cauldrons, you bring all manner of meats, seafood morsels, and vegetables to succulent fruition alongside the likes of eggs, Japanese crab sticks, and udon noodles.
