From Our Editors
The dedicated team at Y Not Indian proudly serves their community in two locations. From picking the ingredients, cooking, to serving—quality is always at the forefront. The menu features both Nepali and Indian dishes, from beloved classics like butter chicken, samosa, and paneer pakora, to specialty dishes like Amritsari fish. The chefs take patrons to Nepal with a culinary experience that includes momos, Butwal ko Sekuwa—meat marinated with Nepalese spices and grilled in a clay oven, or marinated lamb. Variety is the essence of the restaurant, with a wide array of flavors, spices, and colors that please the eye and the tastebuds.
