Since 1977, Greco Pizza has grown from a small shop in Moncton, to one of the country's top pizza-delivery chains. What's Greco's secret? Perhaps it's the toppings, which can range from pineapple, to barbecue chicken, to crispy bacon. Or maybe it's the cheese, a blend of Canadian-born dairy cheese shredded to melty perfection. But it's probably the crusts, which can come in flavors like butter cheese or Cajun for no extra charge.
Of course, Greco is more than just pizza. Its famous donair, a Canadian-variant of the Greek gyro, was introduced to the menu when Greco first opened, and years later the spiced beef with onion, tomatoes, and sweet sauce on pita bread is still a favorite. Salads, wings, and oven-baked subs help round out the menu.
