Hostyle Conditioning's two-level group-training facility pushes athletes to sweat and tone physiques as they aim to achieve specific fitness goals with an array of strength-training exercises. Bright lighting and vibrant yellow walls in the 13,000-square-foot facility help to fuel each exerciser's adrenalin. Boasting experience in international competition, coaches incorporate their knowledge and favourite gravity-mocking limericks into teaching methods for kettlebell, TRX, rowing, sled, and medicine-ball training. The studio’s five power racks complement a fleet of weights and dumbbells. To facilitate more intensive personal training, coaches limit class sizes to 15 participants.
