The skies above Quebec are normally serene. However, when the pilots from X Fly show up, that peacefulness gives way to a flurry of colorful aircraft and exhilarated screams. The company specializes in two types of flight experiences: hang-gliding and paragliding. During the first, rider and pilot strap into a vibrant hang-glider, which is pulled above the clouds by an ultralight aircraft. Once the plane reaches its cruising height, the real fun begins: on the descent, pilots send hang-gliders spiraling, diving, and spinning at speeds of up to 120 kph. To achieve altitude during paragliding sessions, aircraft are swapped out for Quebec's majestic mountains. Equipped with a maneuverable parachute, rider and pilot control their own path to the ground after taking a running leap off the side of a towering cliff.
