Beaver and Bulldog invites guests to celebrate the seasons—not only with its breezy outdoor patio, but its four seasonal menus. Depending on the time of year, the gastropub's cuisine might include such imaginative creations as buffalo chicken Fries, cheeseburger poutine, and award-winning wings drenched in one of 15 sauces. Their influences run the gamut from Asian—think spicy Thai sesame stir-fry—to Italian—there's fresh penne pasta,tomato salsa, basil pesto and goat cheese crumble —to American—they have smoked BBQ chicken, striploin 12 oz. Grilled New York Striploin, truffle mashed potatoes, BBQ Bison, and portobello, mushroom burger, grilled bison burger, forty creek bbq sauce, grilled portobello mushroom.
But no gastropub would be complete without a lineup of steaks and burgers, so the chefs oblige with New York Striploin 12 oz, grilled New York Striploin, truffle mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.
