Pictures were what ultimately inspired Jennifer Tran to pursue a career in medical aesthetics. The registered nurse once devoted much of her free time to photography, arranging boudoir-style shoots for friends and learning to accentuate their best features. It was that passion for helping others love themselves and feel more confident that led Tran to eventually open Monaco Spa, where she enhances her clients' natural beauty using cutting-edge technology. Here, a Lumenis LightSheer cosmetic laser system fades pigmented lesions, zaps unwanted stubble, and erases spider veins. To restore the skin's youthful tone and texture, Tran can use chemical peels and diamond-tip microdermabrasion treatments, while dermal fillers allow her to soften signs of aging such as wrinkles and laugh lines.
Tran doesn't operate Monaco Spa alone though. In addition to massage, the center's traditional spa services include hair removal with organic soy waxes, which contain a soothing blend of soybeans, honey, chamomile, and palm and grapeseed oils, as well as eyelash extensions, which can help clients increase their lashes' volume, length, or snowflake-catching capabilities.
