Heather Fenton-Narini wants prospective and expert yogis to say one thing: hello. Hello is an inviting saying that opens up doors to new experiences. As the founder of Hello Yoga, she designed a studio with this in mind to provide innovative, traditional, and customized yoga classes to students. For example, suspension yoga involves hanging in the air by a strong fabric while changing and sustaining poses. Meanwhile, hot yoga, yoga for emergency response, yoga for athletes, yoga for men, and yoga for women classes are offered weekly. Here, Heather encourages her students to try new classes or to request a class for a specific purpose/group. Hello Yoga says hello to wellness and new experiences.
