About Ichiban sushi

The sushi chefs at Ichiban don't shy away from using unexpected ingredients in their creations. The Lion King roll, for example, starts out typically enough—prawns, crab meat, and seared salmon—but then surprises with a layer of mozzarella. Meanwhile, strawberries sweeten the Infinity roll, and a sprinkling of onion and yam flakes add crunch to the Green Dragon roll. Guests can sample multiple rolls thanks to combo platters, or by ordering a mix of maki, sashimi, and nigiri. In addition to sushi, the menu features tempura and teriyaki entrees, as well as a popular lobster entree with a full tail and lobster maki roll.
