Who knew that ballet and biking would go together so well? RYDERS Spin-Barre did, which is why they built an entire fitness studio around the two activities. That isn't to say stationary cycling and ballet-barre routines are identical or interchangeable, though. On the contrary—the two very different regimens compliment each other to create a full-body workout regimen. Spin classes get hearts pumping and leg muscles bulging with aerobic cycling routines, while barre classes lengthen limbs, build strength, and improve flexibility by utilizing the stationary handrails found in dance studios.
