Founded in 1978, Kelseys maintains a menu of classic North American cuisine. Nonetheless, it keeps abreast of evolving tastes and changing attitudes toward what matters in food, placing a premium on using fresh, quality ingredients that are sourced locally whenever possible. The chain also has grown to offer more vegetarian and gluten-free options, creating a well-rounded menu that includes:

• Original Wings: the restaurant's old-school wing recipe, served with sauces like honey-garlic or apple-butter BBQ
