Hi! I am Zahra. I have a strong foundation in fitness and wellness, and I believe in empowering you with the right mindset and wellness strategies to achieve your highest potential. Fitness and wellness have saved and changed my life. I went from being a homeless pregnant new immigrant to a strong single mom, successful CEO. I believe in inspiring everyone to achieve their individual goals, whether you are the most beautiful and successful woman or a college dropout who can't look at herself in the mirror. No matter who you think you are, your potential is limitless and we are in this together. I believe in you!

My purpose is to educate, motivate and empower you to feel and look better through fun, effective exercise and life coaching. As a life coach, I will work with you as a partner, educator and sounding board, providing a safe space to get you where you want to be. You will have ownership of your vision you are aiming to realize, which could include: simplifying your life, making more money, having healthier relationships, and finding happiness, fulfillment, peace & joy.

Personal training will also be a powerful tool to change your mindset, invite you to love yourself, rethink obesity, uphold your values and ultimately transform your body. I will create an individualized workout plan specific to your fitness goals, suited to your daily routine and follow up with you on a regular basis. I believe that movement is medicine and the key to optimal wellness is not just fitness but your daily choices. Let’s embrace our flaws and celebrate our strengths through safe, challenging, yet FUN exercises. Coaching works if you are willing to change and grow.

I am a Master Certified Life Coach, Body Transformation Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor with a diploma in fitness and health from Centennial College. I am on my way to earning a Kinesiology degree from Guelph Humber University by the end of 2023.
