About Art of Sauna

At Art of Sauna, guests can choose from nine unique spa experiences from around the sauna world. Read on to learn about a few of the offerings:

• Russian Banya: Perhaps the most "traditional" conception of a sauna, the banya uses tiered wooden seating and wet heat—up to 90% humidity—to encourage detoxifying perspiration.
• Egyptian Rasul: Modeled after the 4,000-year-old designs found by archeologists, the rasul offers stone recliners and massage tables as well as warmed stone flooring
• *Himalayan Salt Room: This dry sauna is constructed from Himalayan rock salts, back lit by a warm glow; the 80 discrete elements within the salts are thought to aid in healing.
