Hi ! I am Sammy -Yoga teacher, sound therapist, and truth seeker.

My journey with yoga began in my teens in India. I'm blessed to have learned from mentors who guided me to practice the ancient healing powers of yoga.

I specialize in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, alongside teaching yoga for recovery and therapy, sound-healing, breathwork, and meditation. To me, yoga is more than just physical postures—it's a journey of empowerment and self-discovery.
