About Big Feet
Big Feet started as a single storefront in Vancouver in 2002. But, it turned out, the business venture had been auspiciously named, because by fall of 2016, it had grown into an enterprise of 12 franchises spread throughout greater Vancouver.
At each Big Feet, the menu of Asian therapies is extensive, ranging from reflexology to acupuncture. Some of the more niche treatment options include gua sha, a type of massage in which the therapist sweeps away bad energy and promotes circulation by scraping a smooth tool across the surface of the skin. Another service is fire cupping, a treatment that enjoys a long history in traditional Chinese medicine thanks to its ability to release tension from muscles.
