Chopra Yoga Center offers beginning yoga classes, which are a twenty-six asana series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments, and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched. They also offer yin yoga classes which complement the hot classes and promote long-term health and flexibility of the joints. Each 90-minute yoga class takes place in a studio heated to 105 degrees Fahrenheit to work 100% of your entire body, from the inside out. The series of stretches and compressions can move fresh, oxygenated blood throughout the body, increase muscle tone, improve overall health, rehabilitate old injuries, and complement performance training
