About Outdoor Explore

The expert guides at Outdoor Explore lead teams of determined hikers across the lush forests and vast mountains of British Columbia. Along the way, they point out sightings of wildlife and take in distant views of the city and ocean.

• Custom designed hike: guides work with customers to plan the activities, with trekking, canoeing, and scrambling all available
• The hike: hikers can search for wildlife in deep valleys carved out by glaciers or climb a peak for panoramic views of mountain chains or a sunset over the Pacific
• A post-hike drink: after a full day of roaming the mountains, hikers can stop by a local brewery to sample some of Vancouver's craft beer
• Transportation: Our pickup location is Lonsdale Quay Taxi Loop, at the North Vancouver Seabus Terminal. The Seabus leaves from downtown Vancouver every 15 minutes, and takes 15 minutes to reach North Vancouver. Please aim to arrive 15 minutes early so we can leave promptly. Your guide will meet you as you exit to the left of the Seabus terminal.
