About Creative Kids Place

Creative Kids Place engages exploring minds aged 4–14 in its colourful arts-and-play centre through summer camps, birthday parties, holiday camps, and special programs. March break camps include outings such as bowling, mini-golf and laser tag.

When not playing, parents use free WiFi or lounge on the centre's couches amid bright red and green walls and tables draped in decorative tarps. Crafters can choose from an array of sculpted, three-dimensional pottery canvases including penguins, dinosaurs, unicorns, princesses, and more. After wee artists paint their pieces to express colour appreciation or camouflage them from envious stuffed animals, staff fires completed sculptures in an on-site kiln. Lego robotics classes engage students in science, technology, engineering, and math while alternatively during art classes students are exposed to a variety of creative mediums including drawing, painting, and sculpture. Birthdays at Creative Kids Place are enhanced for extra fun with activities such as pottery painting, bear-stuffing, and clay building under the festive umbrella of birthday themes including Pokemon, Disney's Frozen, Star Wars, and lego building.
