We support helping professionals and human service organizations across the country to incorporate (TRMBW) Trauma Responsive Mind Body Wellness & Social Emotional Learning (SEL) into their work with trauma survivors. Amanda specializes in providing trauma relief tools for healthy self-nurture, helping PTSD, vicarious and complex relational trauma survivors manage stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, compassion fatigue and other mental health challenges. She utilizes a combination of psycho-educational tools, therapeutic interventions and evidence-based self-regulation techniques, teaching the principles of yoga, energy, Jungian, and positive psychology, to help her clients find sanctuary, heal and foster resilience.Amanda believes that joy and well-being are our birthright. Rituals for Recovery is an extension of her passionate belief that reclamation of self can change not only a life-it can change the world. By choosing, compassion and understanding over judgment and cruelty, we can begin to shift the paradigm, break the cycle of suffering, and heal humanity.
