What services does your business offer? Sunberry Fitness specialize in fun fitness classes for women of all fitness levels and ages. We offer K-Pop Fitness, Hip Hop Fitness, Barre Pilates, Zumba, Cardio Dance Fitness, HIIT and more.
What makes your business stand out from the competition? In Sunberry, women come in every day to work out and have a good time. Physical condition, size and shape don’t matter here. Classes are suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or have been exercising for many years. We also organize exciting events, challenges and parties throughout the year to keep you engaged and motivated.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Sunberry was founded on the belief that working out can actually be entertaining (it can!). As workout enthusiasts, we have been to so many different gyms and studios, but there is always something that’s stopping us from continuing after some time (and no, it’s not laziness).
After many failed attempts at enjoying traditional gym workouts, we asked ourselves, “Why don’t we take out everything we don’t like about fitness and create a comfortable environment that other girls would like?” And so it happened: you don’t see boring treadmills nor intimidating instructors here- only lively dance fitness classes and friendly staff!
Our goal is to create a beautiful and safe environment for all women to exercise, enjoy themselves while they are at it, and be happy and healthy.
What do you love most about your job? The most satisfying moment is when a customer comes up to you and tells you she lost 5 lb. last month, or that her shoulder pain has disappeared. And that actually happens every day!
Our customers and staff members are a big family. We are always excited to share fitness progress with each other.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten? Customers come in to try out our classes thinking it is going to be difficult or stressful, but it always turns out they finish with a big smile on their face, saying they absolutely enjoyed it!

“I've been to the gym countless times, but I was always insecure and anxious. I decided I wanted to get some more cardio and fitness down, without having to torture myself. The classes here are sure to keep you sweating and keep your heart rate up! It doesn't feel like exercising at all. Plus, it’s okay if you can't dance! There's many different types of classes, and all participants have varying dancing levels, so you won't feel uncomfortable at all!”
