O3 Wellness Centre takes natural approach to health. It is the only facility in the north Toronto region offering Ozone Sauna and PEMF mat treatments on top of other health and beauty services. Our process combines both treatments as one therapy. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

The threats to public health like antibiotic-resistant bacteria or superbugs breeding in hospitals are few of many. With the ozone therapy making its comeback and the PEMF technology that is becoming super popular as a non-invasive therapy, we feel that we can offer today a new approach in illness treatments and preventions. In fact, medical grade ozone could soon be used as a powerful tool for both disease prevention and for the integrative treatment of illness.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping our customers by providing them with a power technology and therapy protocol that helps treating illnesses, autoimmune disease and even inhibits cancer cell growth. It also works as a beauty treatment, athletic enhancement and overall improvement of health.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I am a woman in my fifties going through very aggressive menopause. I used to suffer from chronic fatigue, anxiety, strong and wet hot flashes, and sleepless nights.
