Combining many aspects of health, MissFIT offers easy to use fitness equipment, full body workouts in 25 minutes, target classes for any age or experience level, Reflexology and Life coaching. Since MissFIT is dedicated to health and wellness of the whole woman, they also offer support groups and specialty classes for their members.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

MissFIT has creative ways to bring Women what they need for a healthier life and we support women in all ways. MissFITs say they enjoy the friendly and colorful atmosphere at MissFIT Health and Wellness.
