When other pregnant women were worrying about potential stretch marks, Jennifer Desloges was hiding her face. Early into her pregnancy, an influx of hormones caused her to grow a full beard, which thickened at the chin. After eight years of struggling with tweezing and other temporary fixes, she discovered electrolysis in 1990, and was relieved to find a permanent solution.
