About Modo Mio Italian Bistro
At some Italian restaurants, certain menu items might be more of an afterthought. There's the bread, for instance, or even the tiramisu that could be brought in from another business. But Modo Mio Italian Bistro's chefs pay attention to even the little things, from the pizza dough to the tiramisu being whipped up from an old family recipe, to using fresh San Marzano tomatoes, which one Italian chef told the Washington Post were "pretty much the Bible of tomatoes.”
Modo Mio Italian Bistro blends traditional Italian favorites with modern takes on the cuisine. There's spaghetti carbonara and margherita pizzas (which are slathered in the aforementioned San Marzano sauce), as well as rosemary polenta fries and pizza wraps. No matter what the diners order, though, they will be rewarded with fresh and tasty ingredients.
