MENU for Friday, June 20th, 2025
- Welcome Mocktail (approx 6:30 PM)
- Amuse-bouche -Ricotta Spinach Agnolotti, Creamy butter sauce, crispy leeks, garnished with balsamic caviar, served on an Asian spoon
- On the Table - fresh rosemary focaccia- (dinner begins approx 7 PM)
- Appetizer - Branzino Ceviche, Fresh micro salsa with peppers, lemon, cilantro, red onion, olive oil and a house crostini (suggested wine pairing: Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- Main - Braised Beef Short Ribs, Tender beef short ribs slow-cooked to perfection, accompanied by seared oyster mushrooms, green bean bundles, creamy cacio and pepper risotto, and rich beef jus (suggested wine pairing: Cabernet Sauvignon or Malbec)
- Dessert -Chocolate Torte, Flourless rich chocolate cake, topped with a boozy ganache, and Lavender Chantilly cream (suggested wine pairing with a Late Bottled Vintage Port or a French fortified wine such as Banyuls)
