About this Business
Pizza Shab doesn't stick to one style or convention for its pies. Much like a traditional Italian kitchen, it uses fresh ingredients, which it buys from local farmers' markets whenever possible. Yet it makes everything fully halal, eschewing pork products altogether and instead using beef and chicken jambon on its Persian-style pan pizzas.
The restaurant even goes beyond round pies with its so-called rolling pizzas, which look closer to a calzone and come drizzled with sweet ketchup and a special white sauce.
