Our newly renovated space offers competition grade chrome poles on spin and static. We have highly skilled, trained and qualified instructors to meet you at every level of your progress. Come on out- dance, have fun and and get FIT in the process!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?

Pole fitness is one word- Addicting. The second you start you'll want to keep coming back. And our instructors are fun, motivating, encouraging and friendly they will help you get that new move you just saw

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Both partners have been avid pole dancers but was sick of the negative stigmatization, and social norms surrounding "pole". We challenge students to come in and experience it for themselves - to fall in love with the sport and "redefine" what fitness means to them.

What do you love most about your job?

One of the owners has a full time job and thought to herself if money weren't an issue she would pole and talk about nutrition all day long. - Voila she's doing it. The other is a recent graduate pursuing her dream. Both love their job
