What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We offer personal one on one, partner and group training as well as a variety of boot camps. Our training philosophies are inspiring uplifting and backed with years of fitness experience and post-secondary education. We have a clinical, energetic, exuberant, positive, training environment that clients want to be around. We are truly genuine fitness professionals who are passionate about improving people’s lives.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Our inspiration was the lack of representation of multi ethnic communities and culture in the fitness industry. We felt the industry lacked body positive trainers who truly understood people and the whys and how’s people choose to get fit. We also felt that gyms lacked an inviting, non-judgmental, safe a supportive environment for people to improve and transform their lives through fitness.

What do you love most about your job?

We love that we get to interact with people daily. In a world where self-doubt is morbidly common and we internalize negativity, nothing satisfies our souls more than knowing that we have made a real measurable difference in people’s lives. By building people up from the inside, promoting self-care and making people fall in love with themselves is the greatest feeling.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Though we are constantly overwhelmed with love and gratitude from all our clients on a regular basis, the most rewarding of all reactions is how much of an impact we have on their lives. When people tell us that throughout the duration of their day their time with us is what they hold as most valuable and pleasurable, that is the greatest reward.
